Admission

Time and Place of Registration

  1. Registration can be done every day through the edunav application: Semesta.edunav.ac.id
    (attached on the bottom page)
  2. Before registering prospective students please transfer the Registration Fee of Rp. 1,250,000, - to

    Confirmation of proof of payment can be via EMAIL, SMS, WA, TELP to the SEMESTA Public Relations / Treasurer number 082150060035 / 08988356600.
  3. The required documents that must be uploaded in the registration form are:
     - Photocopy (or scan) of Student Birth Certificate
     - Photocopy (or scan) of Parent's Family Card
     - Photo/scan of proof of registration payment
  4. The test is conducted at the earliest 1 day after the student completes the registration form

Announcement of Test Results

The announcement of the results of the Semesta BBS Junior-SMA entrance test will be sent via Email / WA Parents of Prospective Students a maximum of 7 days after the parent interview test is completed.

Re-registration

Prospective students who are declared to have passed the BBS Semesta Junior and Senior High School entrance test selection are required to complete the re-registration files via email to: admission@semesta.sch.id . or send a letter directly to :

The following registration documents must be completed:
1. Approval Letter of detailed fee schedule for 3 (three) three years
2. 3×4 color photo (4 sheets)
3. Photocopy (or scan) of report card
    a. grades 4-6 (for junior high school enrolment) or
    b. grades 7-9 (for senior high school enrolment)
4. Photocopy (or scan) of Student Birth Certificate
5. Photocopy (or scan) of Parent's Family Card
6. Photocopy (or scan) of Certificate of Good Conduct from the school of origin
7. Letter of Consent, including:
    a. Code of conduct agreement
    b. Medical history
    c. Media release form
    d. Immunization consent
    e. Use of chromebook
